We built Elva for people who love the warm, fuzzy nostalgia of old film photos. This agreement is just a friendly rundown of how we all get along while using Elva, no stuffy jargon here.

No Fuss, No Login Required

We hate being forced to create accounts just to edit photos as much as you do. That's why you never need to register, log in, or share any personal information to use all core features of Elva. Open the app, import your photo, add your favorite vintage stamp, save it to your phone - done in 3 taps.

What We Promise You

• We will never force you to share your data or log in just to use Elva's main features
• All your photos and edits stay only on your device. We never upload, store, or access any of your personal photos
• We will keep the app clean, no annoying full-screen pop-up ads that ruin your creative flow
• We will keep adding new vintage stamp styles inspired by 90s camcorders, 00s point-and-shoots, and instant film cameras, based on user feedback
• All core features will always remain free to use

What We Ask From You

• Use Elva for your personal creative fun. Feel free to share your stamped photos anywhere you'd like - social media, prints, gifts, all good
• Please don't copy, modify, resell, or repackage the Elva app itself as your own product
• Don't use Elva to create any harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• If you reach out to us with feedback or requests, please be nice - we're a small team of film lovers working hard to make Elva better for you

About Your Creations

All photos you create with Elva are 100% yours. We don't claim any ownership or rights to any of your content - you do whatever you want with it, we're just happy we got to help add a little vintage charm.

Changes to Elva

We may update Elva every now and then to add new features, fix little bugs, or adjust existing functions. If we make changes to this agreement, we will post the updated version in the app and keep the effective date updated. If you keep using Elva after changes are made, that means you're happy with the new terms.
